Refund Policy

7-day refund

If the trainer does not work for you, or you simply change your mind, email us within 7 days of purchase and we will refund the payment.

What happens

The refund returns the payment and ends the license. The account stops working. Refunds are sent to the original payment method and may take several days to appear.

Monthly plans

You can cancel at any time. You keep access until the end of the time you paid for. Renewal payments are refunded only inside the 7 days after that payment.

Please talk to us first

If something does not work, email support with what you did and what you saw. We would rather fix it, but if we cannot, you get your money back. Filing a chargeback instead of asking will end your account.
